Returns & Refunds

I hope you love your Wisdom Wear jewellery. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return eligible items.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and then have a further 14 days to return it to me.

To be eligible for a return, the jewellery must be:

• unworn and in its original condition

• returned in its original packaging where possible

• free from damage or signs of wear.

Please contact me at wellbeing-wisdom@hotmail.com before returning your item so I can provide the return details.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

I recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will arrange your refund.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

If an item is returned damaged, worn or in a condition that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item, I may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible at wellbeing-wisdom@hotmail.com and I will be happy to resolve this with you.
